Service Agreement

By requesting services from L&L Overhead Garage Doors Inc. ("L&L Overhead"), you agree to these terms. All garage door repair, installation, and maintenance services are performed by licensed and insured technicians (NY License #2053509-DCA, Nassau License #184881).

Estimates & Pricing

• Free estimates are provided based on the information you share and may be subject to change after an on-site inspection.
• Final pricing is confirmed before any work begins.
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in advance.
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Warranty

L&L Overhead provides a workmanship warranty on all repair and installation services. Manufacturer warranties apply to all parts and hardware installed. Specific warranty terms will be provided with your service invoice. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external forces beyond normal wear.

Emergency Service

We offer 24/7 emergency garage door service across all 5 NYC boroughs and Long Island. Emergency service calls may incur additional fees, which will be disclosed before dispatch.

Scheduling & Cancellations

• Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability and your preferred dates.
• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Same-day service is subject to availability and location.

Liability

L&L Overhead is not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our work. We carry full liability insurance and workers' compensation. Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
